The Artist
2012 – Edible Sculpture
The Artist is an all edible sculpture – minus four tiny bits of wire. I created it for my then seven year old artist for her seventh birthday. It is very representative of her and what she likes to do. The chickens, wooden box, flower bush and watering can are from a scene out of one of her favourite books “Amelia Ellicott’s Garden” by Liliana Stafford, illustrated by Stephen Michael King.
